Care Provider Alliance
The Care Provider Alliance has developed a brief template to support care providers in preparing Contingency Plans for care services as the UK prepares to exit the EU. The template is a working document and not intended to be exhaustive. Its key purpose is to help providers ensure continuity in delivering care and support through a record of actions that may be necessary to deal with any possible disruption. Quite simply a Contingency Plan involves preparing for a situation that may not happen but could have major impact if it did. Contingency planning is a crucial part of the routine Business Continuity Planning process.
