  • Medication Policy and Safety - Medication regulations; Religious and ethical beliefs; Levels of administration; Errors and near-misses.
  • Handling of Medicines - Routes of medicines supply; Ordering, storage and disposal of medication; Crushing and covert administration; High risk medicines.
  • MAR Charts - Understand the reasons for using a MAR chart; Complete a MAR chart accurately; Who to refer to when there is a problem.

Providing Effective Supervision - Dereham

This well received ½ day course gives an understanding and knowledge of the important elements of supervision.   It will show tools and methods to enable both the supervisor and supervisee to benefit from an effective and productive supervision (1-1) session.
