Norfolk County Council subsided Safeguarding Adults and Mental Capacity Act training

St Thomas Training provide Safeguarding Adults and Mental Capacity Act training on behalf of Norfolk County Council and the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board.

Booking places:

St Thomas Training administer the bookings for the Safeguarding Adults training sessions ONLY. So, if you want to book a place on any Safeguarding session, call Jackie on 02380 970 914 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Employees of private, voluntary and independent care providers should then complete the booking form (available to download on the left of this page) and send it to St Thomas Training by email or post.

Norfolk County Council employees are given priority for places on Mental Capacity Act courses. Should there be spare places available close to the date of the course, they will be made available to the private, voluntary and independent care sector and advertised through the course listings page of this website. Bookings for Mental Capacity Act courses that become available are administered by Norfolk County Council, not St thomas Training.

The courses available to the independent care sector are:

Most of the sessions take place in Norwcih but some with be spread around the county. Parking is available at all venues. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits will be provided free of charge. Lunch can be ordered and paid for on the day if you wish.
