Skills for Care’s inviting local adult social care organisations to a scoping event to explore how a national recruitment campaign might work in the sector.
Skills for Care's latest data tells us we’ll need half a million more adult social care workers by 2030 to meet growing demand.
A national recruitment campaign for the adult social care sector is proposed as one potential solution to this challenge, and Skills for Care want to know what you think.
They are holding a local event as part of the scoping study to see if there’s support and demand for a campaign in the sector and how it might work in practice.
