A national recruitment campaign? Have your say.

Skills for Care’s inviting local adult social care organisations to a scoping event to explore how a national recruitment campaign might work in the sector.

Skills for Care's latest data tells us we’ll need half a million more adult social care workers by 2030 to meet growing demand.

A national recruitment campaign for the adult social care sector is proposed as one potential solution to this challenge, and Skills for Care want to know what you think.

They are holding a local event as part of the scoping study to see if there’s support and demand for a campaign in the sector and how it might work in practice.

Come along to the free event to share your views on:

  • Do you agree that a national recruitment campaign for the sector is needed?
  • What should the priorities of a national recruitment campaign be?
  • How should a national recruitment campaign for the sector be delivered?
  • How could a national recruitment campaign work for you, the employer?

Date: Friday 12 January, 14.00 – 16.00

Venue: Cavell room, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH
