First ever ‘Insulin Safety Week’ planned

The first-ever, national Insulin Safety Week will take place from May 14 to 20 and follow the same format as the already established Hypo Awareness Week, which will run in September (24-30).

The key messages for the week are:

  • Right person
  • Right insulin
  • Right dose
  • Right device
  • Right way
  • Right time
