Help Skills for Care support registered managers to plan, budget and develop staff
Skills for Care would like to know how registered managers plan, budget and evaluate the training of staff and their own continuing professional development (CPD).

Skills for Care are doing a study to find out more to help them develop online tools and resources to support registered managers in their learning and development roles.
If you’re a registered manager and would like to take part in the study, please complete this very short survey that will take no longer than 5 minutes. Skills for Care will then use your answers to select a small sample of registered managers to participate in the wider study. If you’re selected, you’ll be asked to take part in a 30-minute telephone interview at a time which is convenient for you.
