Opportunity to be part of a user testing session for the NCC website

As part of their continuing Market Engagement plan, Norfolk County Council are looking for providers of adult social care to join them on a user testing session for their website.

NCC understand how vital it is for you to be able to use the website to obtain important information and they want to make sure that your experience with the website is as efficient and user friendly as possible. Your contributions will help them build a site that provides you with the information you need and where you would expect to find it. Their user testing session will invite you to explore the website with experts from their Digital Experience team. They will be asking you what changes you would like to see and what improvements you feel would benefit yourselves and other providers.

The user testing session will take place at Norfolk County Council, County Hall on 15th December 9:30am. The session will last two hours. If you work with a laptop then you are encouraged to take your own device, as this will make the testing more natural. However, if you do not have a portable device, computers will be available for use in the training room.

If you wish to be a part of this user testing session, NCC need you to respond to this email as soon as possible. There are a limited number of spaces and they will be delegated on a first come, first serve basis.
