Project aims reduce isolation and social exclusion through running in Lakenham and Tuckswood

Pace of Mind is for residents living in the Lakenham and Tuckswood area who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional distress. It's being delivered in partnership with Mind, Active Norfolk and Community Action Norfolk’s Energise programme.

The project will offer friendly, informal running groups for both novices and more experienced runners alike. Experienced coaches and volunteer buddies, will help participants improve their fitness and meet others.

If any of your service users, or even friends or family, could benefit from this project, it would be brilliant if you could encourage them to email or just send them my way J the project will be starting at the beginning of April.
